1. Wholesale Policy
- No Sales Tax except when shipping to California state.
- For California state tax exempt, you must provide copy of your seller's permit and fill out resale certificate form which we will email to you.
- Please sign up first and email here - info@acornfit.com
- Minimum order of one dozen of the same style, size and color is required.
- Order increments of 12 pieces (1 dozen) per SKU of style, size and color is required.
- If you are going to order over 12 dozen per SKU, please email us for volume discount.
2. Custom Embroidery Policy
- Minimum Embroidery Order - One Dozen (12unit)
- Can change thread color / Dozen
- Turn around time 10 - 14 business days.
- Please send high quality images. ( custom@acornfit.com )
- Don't forget to write your instructions
- Size, thread color, 3D or 2D, location.
3. Shipping Policy
U.S Domestic
- 48 Contiguous States and Washington D.C - UPS
- Hawaii and Alaska - UPS and USPS
International
- We ship to international via DHL and USPS
** We strongly recommend: UPS and DHL shipping as we DO NOT take any resposibility of lost package and late delivery.
** You can choose shipping options when you check out.
** If you order before 12:00 PM (PST), we can ship same day. Otherwise, we will ship within next business day except for weekends and US holidays.
** Custom embroidery orders will be shipped after 10 - 14 business days.
